1987 Buick Regal V8
1987 Buick Regal V8 It hurts to do this, but I gotta sell my 1987 Buick Regal. It’s a straight up Regal (not a T-type or Limited), and it has the original factory 307 V8 4 barrel. There were about 3400 of these built that year, and it’s the last year for that style. I’m the 2nd owner & got it when it was less than a year old. I have all the paperwork on it. About 10 years ago it was completely re-built, including the engine, new paint, new upholstery, carpet & headliner, the works. It hasn’t been driven much for several years, and with Christmas coming, the wife hating it & no job, it’s time for the Regal to find a loving new home. This has been a great car for me, and it would really please me to see it go to someone who’ll appreciate it and do cool things with it, it’s a truly fine automobile. VIN #1G4GJ11Y4HP424074 Engine: 307 V8 4 barrel. Bored slightly over on rebuild. Cranks fine and runs beautifully. Small power steering fluid leak. This is the original engine & the numbers match; it’s been very well cared for. Transmission: GM tubo-hydramatic 350 short tail. This was a rebuild I had put in when the original tranny went out. It leaks a little fluid. Options: Cruise, tilt wheel, cold A/C, power door locks (not working), power antenna (not working) The Regal has never been wrecked, and is licensed, insured and has a clear title. It cranks, runs & drives. The paint and exterior trim are rough, and there are some minor things wrong with the interior, but it’s solid. With the exception of the transmission, stereo & air shocks on the back, it’s dead stock. If you’re interested you can email me at wclaytonhowe@gmail.com or call me at (317) 430-4229. I’ll be glad to answer any questions you have, or send you more photos. The car is in Mayfield, KY. $1800 OBO
